 Priority Truck Service
New Idealmaintenance customers ordinarily benefit from a 75%-90% imporvement in commercial truck downtimes wich is directly related to our Idealease Priority Service. This is because most other retail commercial truck maintenance facilities are "first come-first served" shops. When you bring your commercial trucks in, they can take several days or longer before the truck repairs are even started. In the meantime, those commercial truck fleets are incurring long downtime delays, dissatisfied drivers, & high rental fees. Idealease customers on the other hand, get priority service becasue our Idealease work bays are dedicated to Idealease commercial truck customers only and begin receiving diagnosis and repair virtually the moment they are brought in for serevice. Because Idealease customers also receive Truck Preventive Maintenance as part of their service, Idealease mechanics are already waiting for vehicles to arrive.

 Preventive Maintenance Programs
IdealMaintenance includes comprehensive Preventive Maintenance programs. Idealease tracks your truck fleets PM intervals & contacts its customers & drivers when trucks are due for their service. PM's are also scheduled around our customer's business hours in order to limit the truck's downtimes. The maintenance is often performed during our customers' off hours, or even overnight. Our commercial truck repair facilities are are state-of-the-art equipped & complete maintenance shops. 95% of the trucks' repairs are on-site unlike our competitor's who outsource the major repairs to third parties. We also perform lubricant & oil testing & analysis to maximize the useful life of all of our commercial trucks. Our Preventive Maintenance programs satisfy State & Federal annual inspection programs as well.

 Mobile Truck Service
Many of Idealease's commercial truck leasing customers are serviced by our Idealease Mobile Service, which are specially equipped service vehicles that travel to our customer's location to perform routine maintenances on-site. You'll receive the convenience of not having to send your trucks & drivers to Idealease locations each time repairs might be needed which will reduce your vehicles downtime.
